At Tongue Rings Shop, we want you to enjoy a worry‐free shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your new tongue piercing jewelry, simply return it to us, and we’ll gladly provide a refund or exchange.
You have 90 days to return your item(s) for an exchange or refund. When returning, please ensure the items are securely packaged and include your completed returns form.
Please fill out the returns form included with your order, providing the necessary details and your order number. Attach the completed form to the front of the package containing the item(s) you wish to return.

Tongue Rings Shop Promise Guarantee
If your tongue piercing jewelry qualifies under our Promise Guarantee, we will be more than happy to replace it for you.
Please note: We require a photo of your item sent to [email protected] for our records, to identify the issue and to honor the guarantee. We can look up your order using the email address provided at purchase, so a receipt is not required.
Products that have been altered or damaged due to mishandling or failure to follow our care instructions will not be covered under this guarantee. Replacement is provided at our discretion.

Full Returns Policy
This Returns Policy governs your purchase of tongue piercing jewelry from Tongue Rings Shop. Our policy covers returns within 90 days from the date you received your order. If 90 days have elapsed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange under our policy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. Some items include a tamper-proof tag which must remain intact; removal or tampering with this tag will be considered as full acceptance of the item.
Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including:
- Custom-made items or special orders
- Items that are not in their original condition (e.g., damaged or missing parts not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 14 days after initial contact
To process your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. After contacting us, please ship your item(s) back to our returns address. Remember, you are responsible for the item(s) until they are received by us and for any return postage fees. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
For international returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for all postage costs.
Refund Procedure
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note, we cannot refund express or international delivery charges or return postage fees. If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days, please check your bank account and contact your card issuer.
If you have completed these steps but still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Credits
Instead of a cash refund, you may request store credit equal to the value of your refund. This credit will be applied to your Tongue Rings Shop account and will remain valid for one year. You can use it as full or partial payment for future purchases.
Exchange Procedure
You may exchange your item(s) for another product. If the new item is of lower value, we will refund the difference; if it is of higher value, we will email you a link to pay the additional amount. If you need product recommendations or assistance, please provide us with details about your preferences, and we will gladly help you find the perfect match. Contact us at [email protected].
Gifts and Returns
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.
Bundle Boxes
For bundle boxes, if you are dissatisfied with one item, we will exchange that item for another of equal or greater value (with any price difference to be paid by you). The entire box is subject to our full returns policy if all items are returned unused and in the same condition as received, including any packaging. Returns of only a single item from the box are not permitted, as the box is sold as a complete product.
Returning Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please do not return it immediately. Email us your order number, a summary of the issue, and photographs of the defective item at [email protected]. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund. In most cases, you will not need to return the faulty item. If a return is necessary, we will cover the cost of return postage.
